WordPress is an open source Content Management System. It is updated frequently to address functionality and security requirements. When a Theme or Plugin is written they are usually written for the current version of WordPress. Sometimes some compatibility issues will arise when updating one of the three (WordPress Core, Theme, or Plugin).
If an update causes a conflict, it can sometimes cause drastic effects and even bring down your site compeletly. CinnTech’s service plans will monitor updates and has already tested them with your current theme and pre-installed plugins. If there is a conflict we will address it or inform our Clients that additional services may be required before proceeding with the update.
Our Service plans are limited to 1 hour of service, either Monthly or Qaurterly depending on the package you have purchased. With the Monthly package, CinnTech will carry over unused time, to allow for a total of 12 hours per year of service.
